The staff was very helpful. They found water in the room upon arrival. This was refreshing. Replenishing the water every day and giving access to bottles of water was a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh every single morning. I FOUND it AMAZING!!!
The bedroom was somewhat tiny.

the breakfast was diverse and satisfying. homemade delicacies were available.
i found some issues with the room i booked. there was no window. the room was also quite small, not very comfortable. it lacked space for luggage and felt insecure as it was on the ground floor right next to the street.

the breakfast was hearty and fresh each morning. the showers and bathrooms were modern with good water pressure. i enjoyed the sauna, it was a Wonderful way to relax after a long day.
the hotel is near to the main square, but the narrow side streets nearby werent the most appealing.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful . They arranged breakfast for me when I had to leave early one morning!!! The spa area was also great. I found the hotel an excellent value for what it offered.
The cups in the room were not cleaned effectively. I noticed some residue, a bit of a letdown.

The breakfast included a good variety of options. The spa treatments were available at reasonable prices. The staff was always helpful and kind .
My room was quite small compared to what I paid. The shower water temperature changed from cold to hot while I was bathing. The pillows were not very comfortable. I found that the beds were also lacking in comfort.

The staff helped with our luggage upon arrival and were always available. Finding complimentary water in the room each day was a thoughtful touch. We received a breakfast care package when leaving early for an activity. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness to our safety, such as their inquiry about unfamiliar pickups.
